I believe that John advised me and did what he thought would be in my best interest, especially in the long term picture. Both misdemeanors were dismissed and the felony (first and only) was negotiated to PTI (pretrial intervention / made no plea at all), which did result in monthly check ups with a probation officer and mandatory substance tests. Yet other conditions were minimal and the ability to seal Although case could have been taken to trial, Texas jury would likely convict me. Overall I recommend this attorney and would definitely use the firm again if need ever arises. The only concern now is to see how easy it would be to seal/expunge the felony case records upon the successful completion of the PTI conditions and whether my original payment will cover that service.
