I found Ms. Hazel to be well-qualified. She is very organized, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. She works very hard on behalf of her clients and does everything in a timely matter. I highly recommend Ms. Hazel as she is not your average attorney, but has a great work ethnic, is on top of your case, and offers a calmness in cases where emotions can run very high. She was a huge help in filing divorce proceedings and custody issues for our daughter. She is excellent in all respects.

Phylis is a very trust worthy, knowledgeable and responsive attorney that always kept me well informed of the events going on in my cases. Ms. Hazel has been very diligent in handling a probate matter for me for a relative who died without a will. She has been very responsive and done everything possible to resolve all of the issues involved.

When my husband of eighteen years died, I discovered that he had no will and that he had four children by a previous marriage. I talked to some real estate people about how to get a clear title to my house. They explained the expensive and burdensome process that I would need to go through and that I would need a good attorney to complete that project. I contacted Phylis Hazel and she was very persistent about doing the research to locate the necessary parties, to get all the details and provide all the legal documents. She then contacted all the parties involved and met them in Dallas Courts to execute all provisions of the documents. During the entire process, Ms. Hazel was extremely professional and she was thorough and fair about dealing with all parties involved. While I thought that it was my house and I had never even met some of these people, I was very comfortable that legally my attorney provided the least painful solution. This process took about six months from start to finish and I was so relieved when the process was complete and I could move on with anything that I needed or want to do with my property.

I found Phylis totally professional & I was put at ease immediately. She prepared my will with easy to understand explanations of each phase of the process. Her knowledge of the law is outstanding and I would trust her with anything legal I might encounter.

Phylis has prepared wills and powers of attorney forms for my family. Additionally she handled an Affadavit of Heirship for another family member. The best thing about Phylis is that she will speak to you in English and not some form of lawyer speak. She has a very good way of "dumbing down" the legal mumbo jumbo into layman's terms. While I very rarely rate anyone or service with all excellent reviews, Phylis is an exception. I would absolutely recommend her and plan to continue to utilize her services as the need arises.

I found Ms Hazel to be very informative and I was impressed by her willingness to work with me on my time schedule. Ms Hazel understood the problem I was having and was able to address my different concerns. I was on a very tight schedule and needed to get my will corrected before I left the state. She is a pleasant and warm personality. I recommend her without reservation.
