I was injured badly while performing my duties with the railroad as an Engineer, as I left the property for the last time inside an ambulance. I can tell you first hand that at that moment you really need a person to take control of the situation so you, and your family's future doesn't spiral out of control. The railroad at that very instant does everything they can do to perform damage control, and protect their bottom line. They even used a drug test after morphine was put into my arm via an IV by nurses in the emergency room, to make it appear that I was taking illegal narcotics. Bristol Baxley made sure that the Railroad didn't just leave me out in the cold. Let's face it, the whole reason we work is to provide for our family and see that our children don't have to do without just because you got hurt.
