He was court appointed for my sister, and has not contacted her, and she has tried to call, and so have i Thurs - Monday. He was out of the office, out of town, and today in the hospital.
So, no communication at all is right.

Horrible firm. Took case and shut off all communication. Every time I would call to check in the attorney or his secretary (aka his daughter) would advise to call back the next week. Call again same results. Why accept the case if you cannot perform the work that was agreed to?
