This is the best law firm I have ever had business with. I assure you that they will defend your rights and protect you as an individual. I was involved in a car accident and like any accident minor or big it pulls a toll on you. Yet, having the assistance Mr. Ortegon provided, made me feel at ease as he guided me in the right direction with the best doctors. His team and himself were always a phone call away to answer all my questions. They’re honestly the best team you could ever reach out to when involved in an unfortunate car accident. Needless to say I always recommend my family and friends to Mr. Ortegon due to the comfort they provided me during my difficult accident experience.

Rude customer service

Being in a car accident is one of the worst situations one can be in. You’re life changes in a split second. This was my first car accident and I was so scared I had no clue what to do or where to even start. I reached out to Mr. Ortegon at Tamez & Ortegon, not having a clue on what my next step should be. I had a new vehicle that took a hit I was so devastated because I had worked so hard for my first vehicle and had just paid it off. Mr Ortegon guided me on the right path and fought for me. Since it was my first accident he took the reigns. He provided me with his personal cell phone number. He was always a phone call away if I had any questions and boy did I!!!! He answered every single concern I had. He addressed every situation that crossed our paths! He made sure our vehicle was taken care of asap! And then to top it off got us a top dollar offer which I wasn’t even expecting!! God forbid we’re ever in this type of situation again but if we did I without a doubt would call Mr Ortegon a million times over!! God bless Mr Ortegon and his staff always!
