I hadn’t been in trouble before and quite honestly was a nervous wreck. From the moment Daniel Chavez called me, I was so much calmer. He spends as much time as you need patiently explaining what could or will happen with your case. Most importantly, he assures you that you will get through this and it is but a small blip in your life. He wears a large cowboy hat, boots, and a big smile. I couldn’t have chosen a better lawyer in a million years.

Honestly all of the positive reviews must be paid for plants. Sort by review and just look at the ones at the bottom - that's going to be more typical experience. I must say that without a doubt Ben Perez is one of the least professional lawyers I have ever dealt with. This is what you get when you use ARAG! Beyond his lack of professionalism, he also can't make his time commitments! Late almost every single time. He was rude, egotistical, and the other side just raked us over the coals. I lost big going with these guys. There's something to be said about a person with an ego that can back it up, but someone with an ego that can't? Well that's Ben. When they screw you over too don't say you weren't warned because I'm warning you now to just walk away from these people and find anyone else at all to represent you. I'm serious. I feel a homeless addict would have been able to put together a more reasoned argument than Perez. Good luck to you and may God have mercy on your soul if for some reason you decide to actually use these people

I had a legal issue weighing heavily on my mind, and was having a lot of trouble getting a straight answer out of anyone I spoke with. When I met with Daniel Chavez he took all the time that was needed to break down each point, what the legal consequences would be in both the short and long term, and then walked me through a step-by-step plan to handle each one of them. One frustrating thing about the legal system is that for nearly everyone involved it's "just another day at the office," when for you it's much more than that. Daniel is the only attorney I met with who approached my case with a human touch. He is forthright and honest, and genuinely has the best interest of his clients at heart.
