Mark had an assault case dismissed, we never even had to go in front of a judge. I'm not very familiar with the process, but I feel that Mark used some unconventional methods that worked very well in this case. He is on time and easy to work with, no legal speak you won't understand.

It has been a great experience working with Mark. He was always accessible and I was able to talk to him directly. He was very straightforward and took his time explaining any questions. Mark was able to explain worst case scenario and best case scenario. Obviously his ultimate goal was to get best case scenario and he reviewed the steps he was going to take. He kept me updated throughout the process. Ultimately, he was able to get my husband reinstated!

Mark provided excellent and accurate consultation that put us in the best position for a favorable criminal judgement, relative to the potential downside. Then, later on he initiated a motion for release from probation much earlier than typical, resulting in release and adjudication 2/5ths the time of the original term. Thank you, Mark!

Mark did an outstanding job representation my case for Unlawful Prohibited Weapon. Mark stayed in great contact with myself and the DA and the outcome was better then expected. After 2 months of probation I had a job offer out of State and Mark fought hard to get the probation dismissed and with success the Judge agreed. I highly recommend Mark as an attorney that puts the client first.
