I have to give it up to Daniel Chavez, He is an awesome negotiator, instead of going to court, he negotiate the amount we were looking for, he went above and beyond his call of duty, I give him a 5 star, worth ever bit we paid him and some. Ben Perez is without a doubt the least professional lawyer I've ever dealt with - steer clear! Thank God I didn't hire him, though my ex-wife did. Multiple ethics violations which I've reported, having to take him to small claims court because he set up a date and time I was supposed to get my belongings from my ex-wife except, guess what? So inept he didn't even mention it to her, so now I'm out the money I paid for movers. He won't respond to emails, despite the fact they were case related questions he was asked - a clear violation of tx bar ethics. My divorce would have been over so much quicker if he'd actually do his job, now I'm telling the world about it. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS THIRD RATE FIRM.!!!
