Would not recommend. I had a consultation with Catherine and never heard back from her or anyone at that firm. She assured me that she would begin working on my situation and have letters drafted. After 8 days of waiting, I reached out and spoke to Karla Bautista. She identified herself as the paralegal and had me explain the entire situation to her again. She assured me that someone would reach out and provide me with more information. After 3 more follow-up by emails and 2 more phone calls, I decided this was not the firm to help me resolve my issue.

Attorney's staff scheduled an initial phone consultation for 2:00 pm. At 2:15 pm, I was told the attorney was running a few minutes late. At 3:30, the staff called me to tell me the attorney was now available. 90 minutes is not "a few minutes late." 90 minutes late is approaching rude.

I worked with Daniel on two expunctions and he took care of them both flawlessly. He was communicative, methodical and followed through for both cases. A year ago I was in a car wreck that was not my fault. I called them and after meeting with Mr. Chavez I decided to hire them. Catherine Hensley was the lawyer they assigned to me and I cannot say enough how nice and professional she was. She fought hard and was very successful to come up with a fair settlement for me.
I would highly recommend this law firm. They truly dedicate themselves to their clients.
