I hired this agency for a Social Security Disability claim. I am happy to report after almost 3 years later, the back wages have been received and disability claim has been approved. It was a long stressful process from a time standpoint. However, I was extremely pleased with Farrah & Mobina's support and knowledge of these type claims. Farrah is an asset to this firm. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her role. She was always on point with requesting medical records when necessary. Mobina was a pleasure to work with on the hearing day. She was very easy to communicate with and had confidence in my case which made me less nervous. I can sincerely only say great things about this firm! Don't go through the fight alone. It is worth every penny to have professionals with this firm handle your case.

I started my case without much hope. I had not been able to see specialist in over 20 years. Well I had evidence of my pain I had nothing to show my limitations. I happen to find Monica's add on Facebook.I called her the next day and she started my case immediately. from the beginning and every step of the way she told me approximately how long it would take and what the next step would be. after patience on my part and hard work on hers I was able to get an appointment with a specialist and she somehow convinced Social Security to pay for it.I'm not going to lie, it was a very long wait. The Law Firm is great, but my most sincere kudos go to Farrah. She always answered when I called or quickly returned my calls. She was always knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I would have quite more than once if not for her encouragement. She had or got me the answers to my questions. She kept the bureaucrats informed and did the pains taking gathering of reports from doctors. When I had a stroke during the application process, she checked on my condition with my spouse and offered her support. The bureaucrats could take lessons from this firm. It took over 12 months to get an answer. This firm got the job done!!!!! I went through this once before 10 years ago, waited 18 months for a hearing and only heard from my attorney twice, one of those two was wanting a ride from the airport to the hearing. He was distracted during the hearing and thought he had a slam dunk. This time I hired the right firm. I trust the firm knows what a gem they have in Farrah. Elena Bermudez, MS. Zendeh Del associate at the firm kept me well informed and assisted me in completing all of the necessary paperwork for my claim to be approved by SSDI. They arranged for me to see a third party physician to evaluate my condition and inevitably get my case approved. My only concern that was not completely resolved to my satisfaction was the actual date of disability that determined the date which my funds were calculated. She has a wonderful way of communicating with her clients and being able to explain the complicated world of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and explaining in simple, easy to understand terms. After much research on own, plus reading all her excellent reviews, I selected Mobina as the most ethical and professional to handle my needs. After reviewing other online posters who were struggling with filing and getting approved for Social Security Disability, I decided to get a professional to assist me through all the steps that I would have to go through to get a successful outcome.
