Rachel is that bulldog attorney who you definitely want on your side fighting for you. Bulldog meaning a fierce advocator, but bulldog also meaning a caring and loyal friend who listens. This law firm is a real fraud. I charged me more than $4,000 for a simple divorce without a lawsuit! At the beginning of the consultation, I was told about 3000 dollars, but I didn't expect to receive 1000 dollars more after it was over. What's more, it was very slow. When the lawyer wrote the final divorce agreement, it took nearly a month to complete the final signature of the divorce. The main thing is that the judge signed it on May 9th. I haven't received the document signed by my judge from the law firm yet. This document was sent to me by my ex-husband! This is the only firm that has let me down!

First of all… before she comes on here blabbing about some parties aren’t happy being in an amicus situation…we were on the “winning” side…not that there’s a winning side in divorce/child custody issues nor ANY winning dealing with her! Absolute WORST and crooked attorney imaginable! she has absolutely no business working anywhere near children! we were on the winning end and still have more damage to our children from her than the divorce was on them. she took a bad situation and made it so volatile. she forgets the children need to be attended to and that they are not pawns! they should have been made the most important part of the divorce as an advocate but she was more concerned with talking with the judge prior to the hearing (VERY UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL!) so she had a win under her belt that she left all that actually mattered in the dust. if you are on the opposing side RUN AND DEMAND A NEW AD LITEM/attorney. if you're on her team...DO THE SAME! God awful!

I was looking forward to having an amicus attorney appointed to help represent my children in a case where they were deeply wounded. I had a terrible situation where an ex had really messed up and the kids needed the representation. Before I comment on her though, know that our divorce settled wonderfully and the kids received what was in their best interest in the end, but it was despite the work of Rachel not because of her. She did her work without focus to keys issues and clearly showed an incompetent bias. My impression is that she was quite pretentious and lacked any real skill or knowledge according to the areas that directly affected our children. Her court room appearances were out of step with the tone and direction of the case. Her billing was unclear and money was spent haphazardly and out of proportion to the scope of the issues. I can’t caution you enough, if you are concerned that your money be spent reasonably, clearly and wisely, not to hire Rachel. Aside from my lawyer who was brilliant and fantastic, I would quite literally prefer my ex’s lawyer over Rachel for Family Law matters. My kids were lucky to be protected from her. Yours might not be. Run fast. This is not the lawyer for you.

Rachel just helped me win my case in court. If you want an aggressive, knowledgeable family attorney, Rachel is the one for you. From our first consultation, I know that she’s the attorney for me.
