My experience with Brad and his entire team has been excellent. They treated me with respect and dignity about my disabilities. They were kind and understanding. They explained the entire process. Alex was fantastic! she always either answered my questions right away or let me know she had seen my question and had to ask Brad. I never waited more than 24 hours for a response. Brad and his team are amazing! Every time I would think oh I need to call and check they would call me first before I could get around to it. Wonderful people so professional I just can’t emphasize that enough just the utmost professional.. I never tried doing it on my own, but I’m glad I didn’t because they were so worth it.
