DO NOT USE HIM! Very rude, talks with an ego, if you have a question about his scope of work, and what he covers; he gets defensive and tells you “if you don’t know what we do then we are not a good fit” I even went a step further and tried to explain to him that I’m new to buying a practice and I have no idea about the transaction process that’s why I’m asking him these questions. He states “ yeah, we do 300-400 of these a year we charge 9000$ if you don’t think what we do is worth it then good luck!” Save your self some time and respect, don’t let this guy belittle and disrespect you.

I asked for a fee estimate for document review. $9000, no details. When I asked David for a fee breakdown his reply was: "Jeff, I honestly don’t have any interest in working with you. Best of luck." Which in legal-ese is "shut up and pay me peasant." Impressive ego.

Mr. Joost was assigned to our company through our company's property title insurance claim process. He has provided nothing less than the most cordial and sincere efforts to our title interest throughout our procedures.
