As an Australian and my partner being an American, we hired Eugenia to represent us for a K-1 Visa. She was with us to adjust status after the K-1 was approved and within 9 months I received my green card. Although there were many challenges along the way that were completely out of our control, she kept us informed and was on our side the entire time. Happy to now be a permanent resident in the US. I got in touch with Eugenia right before Covid 19 for a consult regarding a Visa issue I had in the past which led to a 10 years Bar. We had some delays due to the backlog at the US embassy but she was always present and replied to my emails and questions and she guided through the process to get this new VISA. When we finally were able to get the appointment I got the VISA issued right after the interview.

We hired Ms. Eugenia Ponce to help one of our teachers get his H-1B status. He's from another country, but has lived in the USA for many years. He was hired on a deficiency plan, needed to take education classes, but was unable to do so without an H-1B status. Ms. Ponce was very efficient, effective, punctual, with a great deal of knowledge and experience about the process. She did an excellent job for us! We highly recommend her!
