I was arrested for a DWI. My family felt this law firm was the best for my situation, which was very important to me. Despite my high blood alcohol concentration results, the Wilder Law Firm was able to get my charge reduced so that I could receive deferred probation. I was charged with a DWI and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon in Dallas County. I was researching defense lawyers online and read very positive reviews from the Wilder Law Firm. The initial consultation was very informative, and I received some good information on how to fight my case. The firm was able to handle both of my cases and the ALR hearing. Because of the pandemic, it was drawn out to 2 years, but the team kept me informed of everything I needed to know along the way. I never had to chase anyone for answers. Doug and his team were able to get the UCW charge dropped and drop the .15 enhancement. I was facing 2 class A misdemeanors and they were able to get it down to 1 class B misdemeanor that ended up getting deferred. They were also able to keep my driver license from getting suspended. I knew with Doug Wilder that he was the attorney I wanted for my son when my son called asking for my help or advice. I had used Doug previously myself when I was younger and knew he wouldn’t stop fighting for the best possible outcome imaginable for my son’s case. Initially, my son was facing 2 charges of felony theft of firearms. This was going to take some time and work as the DA and Plaintiff weren’t wanting to budge. Blessing come in so many forms, so always stay positive no matter what! I needed to hire an attorney for my second DWI case for Collin County. Doug Wilder (Wilder Law Firm) was a referral provided by my friend/co-worker. His cousin has used Doug Wilder for DWI case previously.
