I hired Kerri to handle the negotiations and documentation for a sale of stock my partners and I held in an LLC back to the startup company we had helped finance and which was now ready to proceed to the next level. Kerri was diligent and efficient. She helped us consider points that would have escaped us without her input. She was responsive and handled communications and structure with the attorney for the other side well. We had a very good experience and I would not hesitate to use her again when the need arises.
