Stanley Associate, from day one has been very caring, response, professional and supportive to my needs. Amanda Hankins, Jacob and other felt my pain and immediately attended to my need expeditiously working with my doctors, insurance company and their own experts to make sure I was whole again. Stay Away. Look elsewhere for legal services and don't do business with Stanley & Associates. Aaron is unable to keep his word or fulfill the obligations of contracts that he personally signs. In the 18 years of my professional career I have never dealt with an individual/firm that is so unprofessional and unethical. The bad reviews on here are just the beginning. Look at other sites and the reviews get worse.

I basically had to beg them to finish my case. Then when they did the price they charged me was higher than the doctor charges. The refused to break down the fees they charged me. Just go to another law firm if you're ever in an accident. Jade and Alexa are not attorneys.

After 2 months into the case, no word on repairing my van. When I reached out to the attorney on the case Jacob, he said he didn't have my case in the front of him to give details then 2 minutes later he is telling me what he sees on my case. Haha! Then went back to he doesn't have my case pulled up.
One rep of the office says their percentage is 33.3% and Jacob told us 37.5%. When I tell him the other person Maggie told us otherwise, he told us to send proof of what I'm saying.
