Peter Hall was referred to us, after we learned of my ex-husband’s passing. My ex-husband passed away suddenly in Dalles in February of 2019 without a Will. My 25 year old daughter being the sole heir, would inherit her father’s home, by Texas Law, but we had no idea how to proceed. My daughter, my husband and I currently reside in New Mexico, so we’d need to handle most of this over the phone and by email. We spoke to Peter about our situation and he clearly explained the process to us. It was a bit nerve racking to conduct this whole process over the phone, but Peter was fantastic throughout. He was always there to answer any questions that we might have, and took the pressure off us by quickly resolving a decades old family member situation that could have held up the process. He even connected us with a local title company and informed us what we should expect during the whole process. My daughter had to fly into Dallas for the final hearing, and I felt confident that she was in good hands. He walked us both through a few snags along the way, and fought for us when she experienced unnecessary requests by the court. We both felt that Peter was very knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and trustworthy. The probate process was finalized and my daughter was named Executor of the Estate and was able to quickly sell her fathers home. We would highly recommend Peter Hall to anyone who is beginning the probate process.

A smart and honest attorney Everett New is a consummate professional and I have had an excellent experience working with him dealing with a diverse set of issues regarding his representation of the company I work for. Mr. Peter Hall is the BEST Attorney that a human being can cross paths with. He did my WILL, Medical Power of Attorney, DNR, HIPPA, and who gets what at the time that God sees fit to take me home. Mr. Hall was the perfect person we could ask for. He was very helpful in making sure my wife and I understood the details of our wills and other documents. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. He even made a house call. The first time we met and started the paperwork for the wills he came to our house to make it easy on us. Mr. Bronson reviewed our case in a consultation and told us directionally what we should have done and ultimately did do regarding our tax matter. We visited one of the highly advertised and equally as expensive attorneys and Bill offered more value for money at a fraction of the cost. The expensive guy told us what we couldn’t do and what wouldn’t work. Mr. Bronson gave us solutions and he was correct. At 1/3 the cost and twice the results, I’d recommend and use him again. He was also timely in responding to emails, which was appreciated! Wish we hadn’t need Mr. Bronson, but grateful for his help!

Im a person who likes to know what im paying up front and don’t like any surprises. When I spoke with Josh he was understanding and laid everything out on what I would pay to start and what I would pay monthly which I was perfectly fine with. Two weeks into the case the office manager who is very rude and unprofessional tried to bill me separately and stated she don’t care what me and Josh talked about her time is money and to continue with my case I would need to pay her or she would drop me as a client. Once I asked to speak with Josh she said he would say the same and I’ll be wasting my time. I still wanted to talk with him on where the confusion took place and tried calling the office multiple times to get ahold of him. Only good thing I can say about them is they show their true colors a month in so I really didn’t waste that much money on them instead I went with a different law firm. But to anyone reading this I’ll suggest you keep your money and go to a different law firm that’s more professional and willing to listen to their clients.

They got my address wrong on my divorce decree. I called to have them fix it but was told that the paralegal handling my case wasn't there and the paralegal working now said that she shouldn't have to fix work she didn't do.... I never got to speak with that paralegal. The kind young lady that was helping me out, kept putting me on hold while she relayed the messages between me and the paralegal. I thought that was very unprofessional. The attorney that handled my case was very nice though but I did have a hard time getting someone to call me back. I need someone to contact me to get this resolved but I cant get a hold of anyone other than the young lady answering the phone. I spoke to another attorney and they told me that this was a simple nunc pro tunc and that Carpenter and Associates should have to fix their mistake.. and that I shouldn't have to pay for it... after all, it wasn't my mistake. They do this for a living... they are the professionals..but it really is hard to talk to somebody. I will keep trying though..
