I wish I could give zero stars. I hired Kashifa Sultana from Carpenter & Associates for my immigration case, and it was a huge mistake. Kashifa was solely responsible for handling it, yet she repeatedly missed deadlines and submitted my forms without even showing them to me. She initially quoted me around $4,000 for the entire case, but later demanded an additional $3,000, claiming this was for services already included in the original amount. She insisted on this extra payment to re-review and properly file my case, essentially blackmailing me into paying more for her own errors. Her communication was poor, and she made numerous mistakes, which led me to eventually fire her and find another attorney to take over. Carpenter & Associates might claim they don’t handle immigration cases or that they don’t know me, but if you’re considering them for immigration services, beware of Kashifa Sultana.

$1700 spent in less than two weeks. No progress made, due to jurisdiction issues I had to retain a lawyer in a different state. Stings a bit to not know anything about a process and hope people have your best interest as it's something new you are doing, and with minimal work they get all your retainer.

If you want a sleezy slime ball attorney that will milk your bank account dry while not getting any results call these folks. was told to draft some paperwork and have it served would be around 5k. ended up costing 10k and I still don't even know if the person was served. They also won't answer the phone when you set an appointment to have a phone call to go over the case. When your retainer is used up they will proceed and send you a bill without discussing if you want to proceed or not. I know I'm not getting my money back but if I can keep one person from falling victim to these crooks then I will at least feel a little bit better about my situation. Trust me when I say all the 1 star reviews are true.

I can’t say enough good things about Bill Bronson and the help he provided us. Although everybody’s case is different, from our initial meeting and throughout the entire process he answered every question and helped guide us through each and every phase of what everyone would agree is the unpleasant situation of owing back taxes. He always responded quickly to any concerns we had and really helped with keeping our minds at ease. Because we put our trust in Bill, we are now in a much better place and have finally been able to stop worrying about the “what ifs”. He is definitely on my list of favorite people! If you need any help with an IRS tax problem, don’t hesitate to give Bill a call.

I hired Carpenter and associates for a divorce attorney and was extremely disappointed with their services. Despite paying significant fees, the firm did not deliver any meaningful results as discussed. • Lack of Communication: Throughout the process, I rarely heard from my attorney. Calls and emails often went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly follow up to get basic updates on my case. • No Progress: After several months, there was little to no progress in my case. I felt like nothing was being done behind the scenes to move things forward, despite the ongoing charges. • Overcharging: Even though no results were achieved, I was consistently billed for services that felt unnecessary and unproductive. There was no transparency in how my money was being used. I understand that legal cases can take time, but I expected at least some level of progress and professional communication. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Carpenter and associates to anyone seeking legal help.
