My experience thus far has been absolutely amazing. The Law Firm has assisted with many issues and questions I had far before retaining them on the remaining small items to get to the finish line pertaining to my divorce and enforcing my rights as a father and assisted with free legal advice resulting in the sale of my martial home. Andrew and Lauren are absolutely great. Just make sure to be organized and give them all the information up front and they’ll take care of the rest! Happy to endorse this firm!

if there was such thing as no stars i would of picked it i’m extremely hurt and disappointed in this law firm i was charged 2500$ as an retainer i obtained a lawyer the july 12th and by july 15th im invoiced an extra 5227.40 that is 3 days and all for my situation to be made worse. this company justifies charging you for sending evidence to prep for a hearing that they don’t even use in court. this situation is very dear to me because my daughter was taken from me on false pretenses they had the proof to present but decided to use none of it before i hired them i was able to see talk to my 3 year old daughter and now i can only talk to her for a hr 2 days out the week am ordered to pay child support when i wasn’t getting paid anything at all from her father when she was in my loving care and now have to prove that ima good mother even tho ive had cps and police have no findings there only solution that met gave to the judge is what if i leave my healthy relationship so she can only visit her daughter they had no fight for my situation i could of fought for myself if i wasn’t going to have the proper advocate if im paying for a mouth to speak on my behalf why did i do all the work and still lose. then after the hearing im given solutions to sign into a victim impact panel and take anger management as if i have that going on in my life and i got this advice from me calling them after 2 days because i wasn’t communicated with after the hearing . if they needed more time to prepare they could of asked for an continuance but instead they just sat and listened to the opposing parties 3 witnesses and when it can to me and my witness we got 1 minute to talk and then a verdict was given it just all about the money they want to prolong things out with out any results and i really can’t believe i am in debt now and my relationship with my daughter is worse i had to take her out of her school and have her live with a man that she has just start being around a couple of month’s ago this should of been an easy process with all the evidence of retaliation and the fact that i’m just being bullied by my daughters father but because my lawyer didn’t really care about my situation he just went with anything instead of helping there client i’m am truly hurt and stressed even more than what i was before i was able to obtain a lawyer this is a scam

First of all, I want to start out by saying prior to going with Carpenter & Associates, I was represented by one of the worst law firms on record. They shall remain nameless. I was juiced out of $9132. I was represented by them for 5 months from June of 2023 to Nov of 2023. Desperate and running low on funds, I was steered to Carpenter & Assoc. by another law firm. I signed on with them in January of 2024. They were able to work with me and my dwindling funds and set up a payment plan. Well, fast forward to July of 2024. My case settled and I would like to reach out to a few members of their firm who played a very critical role in my case. First of all, I would like to express my thanks to Mr Bryan Bubis. He was brought on to my case after the original lawyer left. I was assured that he would do a great job for me. The well thought out strategy and patience regarding the outcome that would have greatly changed my financial future was OUTSTANDING!!! I was immediately put at ease after meeting Mr Bubis for the first time. I would also like to extend my thanks to Cathy Weathered. Her years of experience as a paralegal is INVALUABLE!!! I also spoke with Valerie Ramos who assured me that the firm is concerned with my plight and explained the "Santeria" issue going on in my house with the ex. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome and the protection of my pension( 26 years with DWU) was very important and pivotal during this time. I bled a little but didn't bleed out as the ex was going for everything she could with no regard to my continued existence and welfare. Bryan's maneuvering through the offers presented by the opposing counsel and the quick math that showed what she could get if we catered to them versus us sticking to our guns was very IMPRESSIVE!!! I am now in a position where I can help my mother financially and not have to scrape by every month. Oh and the firm I was with before....ran by a Mr Marguglio....I would not hire them to represent a dead cat. Sorry I went back on my word....but I'm NOT

When our business left my wife and me owing more than $180,000 in payroll trust fund taxes we couldn’t pay, we only had to pay the IRS $2,478, thanks to the Bronson Law Firm. Mr. Bronson and his staff knew what they were doing and walked us through the process. Mr. Bronson was persistent with the IRS until we got the result we needed. It is such a relief to get on with our lives without an overwhelming IRS cloud hanging over us anymore. If you owe the IRS more than you can pay, I would recommend the Bronson Law Firm.

I am a close family friend of someone working with this firm on a case. The communication has been extremely poor, and the fees are exorbitant. If they have too many cases to handle effectively, they should be transparent about it instead of making clients wait for months with no progress. It's heartbreaking to see the stress and sleepless nights this is causing. I strongly advise against using Carpenter & Associates.

I truly wouldn’t leave any stars but I have to the attorney I received wasn’t prepared nor took the time to even view my case before representing me in court. I am so glad the person told on themselves and the case ended up showing on my favor because of the false allegation. My attorney wanted to push the case out because he said he wasn’t prepared but charged me for preparation for the court date . ?? They even contacted the person I was going to court for before they even conversed with me and also charged me for that action . They charge for everything without even discussing with you the charges . The law firm waited two days before my court to even contact me and the actual attorney waited the day before to contact me . It takes Forever to talk to someone and hope you talk to the right person who has answers because they will charge you just to converse with them . Tori’s and Amy only did with financial services and are the only free people to talk to but they aren’t of full knowledge about the case so it’s no use . I should’ve went to court by myself instead of using this law Firm this was the worst decision I could of ever did by trusting them . It’s been nothing but a headache I do not recommend

If you’re reading all the negative reviews of how this firm is filled with crooks, It’s ALL TRUE. I paid a 3k retainer only to find out the attorney I wanted to represent me would quit this firm. After I asked for a refund immediately after and about 2 weeks from paying my retainer, they only refunded me $556! If you’re looking at hiring this firm- do yourself and your family a favor and DONT DO IT! Go anywhere else, seriously. Protect your money and your family and just go somewhere else because they will do exactly what ALL these negative reviews say.. they will flat out just take your money. Disgusted with this firm. I don’t understand how they are still in business.

Shame on this Firm for taking advantage of vulnerable people in need of help!! Fyi contact a malpractice attorney that goes after crooks like these on contingency there are plenty unfortunately as this appears to be typical behavior as Texas requires attorneys to probate setting up potential clients for this unethical illegal behavior! I'm posting for my daughters and the prior clients posting their experiences regarding Carpenter Law Firm and specifically Josh Carpenter owner. Josh promised a change of council and "squaring up" of the $17k invoice total for roughly 6 weeks of nothing but double and triple billing if we would "TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN" we did last week now again no response.We were promised a highly experienced probate attorney that knew Tarrant County Probate Courts like "the back of his hand" we met with Andrew Vaughn who lied through his teeth!! We got Ty Hampton graduated 2022 billing us for training feedback advice for his learning one invoice entry states, "research rules of probate court Tarrant County" by the hour at $300 he is listed "Junior Associate" on website. ISO malpractice attorney asap! Run away don't walk.

The absolute WORST attorney/firm i have ever dealt with. The attorney was assigned to us (Ty Hampton) and was absolutely incompetent of doing any work. He has sent an invoice for 17k in ONE MONTH and there has been ZERO movement and we haven’t even had a court hearing. Our dads home is about to be foreclosed because he kept spinning us in circles! The firm itself will not even give us the time of day to meet with someone else to get answers on why our bill is so high. The invoice, we almost laughed at. Then all of the sudden Ty must of caught wind that we were disputing his charges, yet LACK of work… and he puts in a motion to withdraw with zero communication. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! My sister and i are out so much money and have gotten nothing accomplished.
