“Lack of Communication: Throughout the process, I rarely heard from my attorney. Calls and emails often went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly follow up to get basic updates on my case. No Progress: After several months, there was little to no progress in my case. I felt like nothing was being done behind the scenes to move things forward, despite the ongoing charges. Overcharging: Even though no results were achieved, I was consistently billed for services that felt unnecessary and unproductive.”
