“meā quidem sententiā”, I can not, in good conscience, recommend this person. Seriously poor representation, particularly in light what I feel were her “inflated” fees - as compared to another law firm I had to hire (after Ms. Barr) where I experienced a superior, skillful, and prompt legal defense. To me, Ms. Barr displayed a “defensive” and condescending attitude. She did not show up for a crucial hearing that we could have easily fought and won. At the time I used Ms. Barr, her paralegal bungled a legal pleading that was filed with a court. The prosecutor attacked, with vigor, the poorly written and inaccurate pleading. Ms. Barr didn’t even mention any of this until I figured it out on my own seven weeks later. To me, she seemed irritated when I wanted clarification on legal matters via phone calls. She seemed to want to get off the phone as quickly as possible, as if she was bothered to even be talking to me. Though I paid several significant one-time fees for various services, it felt like “the clock was always running.” I felt that she was on the hunt to collect more fees. Ms. Barr - “ut vos adepto quod merentur.” I wasted many thousands by hiring this attorney. I feel betrayed and have a bitter taste in my mouth about the whole experience. I trust that she has improved her “game” for her more recent clients.

I was very scared at the beginning but Ms. Victoria was amazing! Even tho I couldn't end the conversation in a better way, it still was a pleasure getting a consultation from her! She was very knowledgeable and kind. Helped us with every single question we've had. Thank you so much for everything!
