Extremely thankful for the time Jaime took in listening to the civil litigation matter I needed help with. While I have not retained him at this time he would be the representative I'd be going with if I wanted to retain representation via the retainer method over the contengency method.

Such a great law firm!! I haven’t engaged the company. However, I reached out to discuss a problematic tenant and I was pleasantly surprised that I was connected directly to Jaime and he listened to my concerns and provided such great advice even before being engaged. Jaime helped me save so much money, I was being bullied at my job so I decided to leave. Brooks Law Firm, PC es una excelente firma de abogados! Yo no pude solicitar mi green card/I-485 a pesar de que la forma I-130 me fue aprobada. No la pude solicitar porque tenía una audiencia/procedimiento de expulsión relacionado con un tipo previo de solicitud de residencia pendiente que probablemente iba a ser negada. Gracilene pudo negociar la terminación del procedimiento de expulsión con el abogado del Deparment of Homeland Security (DHS) y pudo facilitar la aprobación y firma de un juez de inmigración muy por delante de las expectativas (menos de 10 días hábiles) Además, trató de ahorrarnos dinero tratando de reabrir nuestra I-485 original para que no tuviéramos que pagar por una nueva solicitud, y nos mantuvo informados durante todo el proceso. ¡Excelente abogado!

This firm, Jaime Papa, has been more than amazing in completing not one, but two cases for us! I also need to give a hand to Tabitha who was an amazing listener from start to finish and responds quickly if you need her. It has been a rough journey working with previous attorneys and thankfully we found Jaime and his team to take over and who took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. This will be our go to firm for not only civil matters, but estate planning as well!!

Gracilene Brooks is an excellent attorney! My wife was unable to apply for her Green-Card/I-485 despite our approved I-130 and bonified status. She was unable to apply for the Green-Card because she had a pending removal hearing/proceeding related to a prior and different type of residency application that was likely going to be denied. Gracilene was able to negotiate the termination of the removal proceedings with the opposing DHS attorney and was able to facilitate a immigration judge's approval and signature far ahead of expectations (Less than 10 business days). Furthermore, she tried to save us money by trying to get our original I-485 reopened so that we didn't have to pay for a new application, and she kept us informed during the entire process. Excellent lawyer!

Mr. Papa and his team assisted myself and family with an evection. The team was very patient, attentive and extremely through with the case.
