This guy. Where to even start. I gave this guy $1500 to handle a case for me and the most he did was miss the freaking court date. Literally. Now as the case is still pending I can’t get a response to multiple voicemails and text messages directly to Peveto’s cell phone. I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Bar Association and warn anyone seeking service from this fraud to steer clear. Anyone, literally ANY other attorney will be a better choice for you. I have no clue how this man has all these great reviews other than my assumption that the reviews are from himself.

Andrew is the absolute best lawyer I have ever had.!! He got my DWI 2nd (BAC over .24) dropped to a DWI 1st.. I avoided jail time, interlock, driver licenses suspension, and surcharges. He shaved more time off of my probation time and really did the absolute best he could for me. Andrew went above and beyond. He did not see me as a dollar sign. His assistant was very sufficient and quick in replying to any emails or phone calls. No need to search around for the best criminal defense lawyer because Andrew Peveto is it.!!
