Sat down with someone for a free consultation (sorry can't remember his name!) and explained our situation. Despite it being a free consult, he took the time to listen to everything and explain everything to us. He also gave us 2 options to proceed with (one being hiring him to help us take care of it or taking care of it ourselves). He actually recommended that we do it ourselves and save money rather than wasting it for an attorney. He gave us advice and we went on our way. Day of everything happened exactly like he said it would and the situation was resolved. Thankful for kind, honest people that aren't just trying to make a quick buck!

I literally just got off the phone with this so called attorney Howard!!! DO NOT hire him not even 5 minutes into our conversation he was throwing his 7500 dollar rate at me and demanding I give him an answer as to if I am going to hire him or not. Sounded like he was driving, I asked him if he could look up my case so he could better explain to me the temporary orders his response was, "Well I don't do that I am a very busy man". Completely Unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All he cares about is if you can afford to pay him.

My experience with Todd Shapiro was outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. He came highly recommended through a partner at another Dallas Law Firm. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd to anyone needing sound legal advice.

Peter, the lawyer there is incompetent. Bad legal advice and no accountability. Yelling and screaming at me as a client is unacceptable. I asked him for my money back next week after paying because of his lack of effort and he had the audacity to curse at me thru text. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend at all.

Wonderful firm. Salt of the earth people who genuinely care. Sharlotte is the sweetest woman and makes you feel comforted as soon as you walk into the office. Christy is an amazing paralegal and is on top of everything. Peter and Todd tag-teamed my court appearances and reduced my charge and received a minimal sentence. If you need an attorney don't shop around just get this team. You will not be disappointed.

Bad attorney deceived people by taking their money and not speaking to the defense of his clients collaborating with the other side caused great damage

Worst attorney. If you want to be ignored, lose everything, be lied to constantly, have to beg for work to be done, then hire this one! He doesn't return emails or phone calls, doesn't do his job. He needs to be sued for malpractice.

The complete lack of communication, provision of inaccurate and misleading information, and horrible customer service rendered by this office has been absolutely infuriating over the course of more than a year. Brian consistently employs smooth talk while deflecting blame onto his staff. Despite the facade of assistance, he's actually detrimentally impacting your case. This firm's negligence is glaring, evidenced by frequent missed phone calls and meetings, failure to provide crucial documents to opposing counsel, non-responsiveness to emails, and a general lack of transparency regarding their actions. Their incompetence ultimately undermines your credibility in any legal dispute. If negative stars were an option, they'd certainly deserve them.
