Worst attorney. If you want to be ignored, lose everything, be lied to constantly, have to beg for work to be done, then hire this one! He doesn't return emails or phone calls, doesn't do his job. He needs to be sued for malpractice.

The complete lack of communication, provision of inaccurate and misleading information, and horrible customer service rendered by this office has been absolutely infuriating over the course of more than a year. Brian consistently employs smooth talk while deflecting blame onto his staff. Despite the facade of assistance, he's actually detrimentally impacting your case. This firm's negligence is glaring, evidenced by frequent missed phone calls and meetings, failure to provide crucial documents to opposing counsel, non-responsiveness to emails, and a general lack of transparency regarding their actions. Their incompetence ultimately undermines your credibility in any legal dispute. If negative stars were an option, they'd certainly deserve them.

Helped me ensure my rights as a parent were protected and navigate the legal side of investigation. He seems very familiar with the people involved in family court and well likes amongst those people. He's fair with his prices which is a huge plus.

Brian is truly amazing! I posted a question regarding a legal contract on a Saturday at 6 am, and by 7:30 am he had already messaged me and arranged a call for 10:15 am, all on a Saturday. He was punctual, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. I eagerly anticipate working with him.

My husband went to Todd Shapiro a few years ago with help for a DWI, he completely bailed on him the day of his court date and had some random attorney who my husband had never met before to tell him to plead guilty. They basically railroaded him and coerced him into plead guilty.
