Problem solved.

Peter with the Shapiro Law firm is absolutely phenomenal. From day one he made me feel 100% more relaxed and confident. Peter out-performed our expectations and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Communication is lacking in a big way. I meant to review a month ago, but have been cleaning up the mess. No calls answered or email communication after trying multiple times. I had no idea what was going on before my divorce was finished. I have to agree with some of the previous comments, Kristen makes Brian look incompetent when he isn't. I don't think he is a negligent attorney by any means, but the extremely poor communication is why I had to give 1 star rating.

Not as great as I thought

Set up a consultation with Brian over the phone but did not call. Called the office and no response to messages or anything.

From the first meeting with Brian, he excuded a confidence from his knowledge on legal matters. Always very honest, straight forward and clear with his advise and guidance. Thanks to Brian we had a very favorable outcome in my legal matter.

This team is the absolute best! Professional, speedy and gets the job done. Kristen is quick to respond and get what you need in record time! I love working with them and they make me feel like family. This is not your typical firm, they think outside the box and really care.

Peter Ganyard and Todd Shapiro of The Shapiro Law Firm fought tirelessly to get my DWI dismissed in a motion to suppress hearing which resulted in a complete dismissal of the charge. The knowledge and professionalism they both displayed throughout the stressful time in my life made me feel at ease. After a great conversation with Brian. I thought man this guy is great. But after calling his office and leaving multiple messages with Gwen asking for a representation agreement and a call back. I finally decided to give up and just find representation elsewhere. In the end I was just disappointed. I had hoped for a better experience.

Totally agree with others who talked about communication that almost non existing! You have to schedule 5 calls to get one if you are lucky. They're not even replying to other's party attorney which causes a long delay even in simple case. Very disappointed ☹️ !
