I hope to never be in trouble again, but if I do I’m going with Shapiro. I thought I was going to jail but they calmed me down and ended up getting the case dismissed. Incredibly thankful for the work they did

Todd was extremely helpful with my case and helped me get the best possible results! He's professional, friendly and personable. Very reasonable rate aswell. Always available for questions when I had them and the definition of a super lawyer! I'd recommend him to my own mother if she needed it! Incredible person and lawyer.

Peter represented me and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated and informed during the months leading up to my court date and was able to have my case dismissed before having to go to trial. Todd is a good lawyer and I would highly recommend him. He represented me in 2021. I was indicted on 8 charges consisting of drugs and guns. He was able to get 4 of them dropped and get my time reduced from the initial offer of 15 years to 4 years. I went through 2 lawyers before Todd and they were not able to get the time reduced. I was incarcerated for 2 years and made parole. After seeing first hand other situations and outcomes I have no doubt in my mind Todd got me the best deal possible. Me and my family can now start to repair and rebuild because of Todd. Thank you

I needed to find someone to help me as a first time offender as well as from middle America (I’m talking “Dorthy, we aren’t in Kansas anymore) I inquired with Mr. Shapiro and he was so prompt with his response. After just a couple of minutes on the phone with him, I knew he was exactly who I needed to help me. He may not have always said exactly what I wanted to hear, but he did exactly what he said he would do. He kept me busy at my career and got to a resolution with zero traveling. He was exactly who I needed for what I was up against. If you are considering Mr. Shapiro or someone else… this is your sign, make the right choice like I did. I will forever be thankful for Mr. Shapiro and never forget what he’s done for me.

I researched several firms and attorneys before I chose The Shapiro Law Firm. I'm grateful that I did! Admittedly, since I had no previous experiences with the legal system in my 60+ years, I was terrified and hesitant upon entering the firm's office. But I had a positive vibe as soon as I was greeted by a pleasant and professional staff. Peter Ganyard and Todd Shapiro teamed up to do a superb job representing me on my case -- from beginning to end. They both patiently explained and walked me through every agonizing step of my legal ordeal. Their experience as attorneys and their expertise with the courts and the laws proved invaluable. I was also particularly impressed by and appreciative of their accessibility and prompt responses to my calls, emails and even personal texts. Furthermore, the supporting cast of the firm's paralegals (including Christy Murphy) were exemplary -- also readily available and knowledgeable. In the end, I was satisfied with my outcome. I don't wish anyone to experience the legal system. But if you do, I highly recommend The Shapiro Law Firm. Sincerely Thankful!

All talk, no action. I waited 11 months for something to be done on a modification of custody and he didn’t do anything and would blame it on anyone but his office. There’s no excuses for not communicating, there’s no excuses for how my case was ignored. If Brian had a full case load he shouldn’t have accepted the case when I was in dire need of doing something that was time sensitive when CPS was involved. He wasted my time. Had I known that he didn’t actually care about my situation, I would’ve gone elsewhere but he has a way of words to make you feel like your situation is important and that he can help. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone unless you have over a year to wait on anything being done. You’ll spend more time speaking to his receptionist than anyone else, very rarely I spoke to Brian after I gave him the deposit. Alas, he puts on a good show. That’s about it.

I was facing life shattering criminal charges & I had lost faith in lawyers due to past experiences. Peter Ganyard, asked that I take a chance and trust his abilities. I am so thankful I did. His passion for justice and the diligence he took to ensure I won my case has literally blessed and saved my life. Peter Ganyard is 1st class & definitely deserves 10 out of 10 stars.

Howard Shapiro is an attorney you can’t trust. Communication was horrible, paralegal Lisa does not own up to her mistakes, and to top it off they literally didn’t have to do anything on my case after all. I obtained their services on a Friday. 3 days later I called to informed them( spoke to Lisa) I had gotten a lump sum from the attorney general for back pay.. I told her I am not sure I would need your services after all to collect the remaining child support. But that I have another child support case I may want to transfer my retainer if that’s possible. Lisa stated well “ I haven’t drawn any paper work or file anything as I wasn’t sure if I needed to file in Colin County or Dallas County.” I was like ok great can you check if maybe I could that? She said Howard would not be in but he was supposed to check in and would ask him than. Now this point I had only spoken to Howard once for 10mins. He just called to ask me if my case was still active in Dallas County or Collin County. Two more days passed and I received another lump some from the attorney general. Lisa nor Howard had not called me back so I went to the office to inform Lisa I wouldn’t need their services after all since I had received what I was owed. I asked since no paper was ever really drawn or filed could I get my retainer back? She said “well I’m not sure that is up to Howard.” At this point she was like oh ok. Days pass and still no word. I go again to the office and she said he is not in but would let me know. After about a week and half I get $4000 back and a made up invoice for $1000 for Howard services and Lisa. 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️ all I can say is KARMA will find you DO NOT USE THIS FIRM PS never met Howard in person at all!

Mr. Todd Shapiro and his whole team is incredible! Mr. Shapiro was able to win the case for me and get me a favorable outcome!! He was always very prompt to respond to my questions or concerns (Including after hours) which I very much appreciated. He worked hard for my case & kept me informed on the progress. He is highly professional and kind. His office staff was very helpful throughout!! I highly recommend him and his entire team!
