Todd Shapiro, hands down is the premier offensive attorney to hire to defend the rights of the innocent. In 1895, the presumption of innocence legal principle was enacted establishing the innocence of persons accused of crimes until proven otherwise in a court of law; which is the opposite system of a presumption of guilt. Should anyone fall victim to false accusations. 1) Take deep breaths 2) Do not be overwhelmed by the weight of the legal system. Then consult Todd and Peter, they are the premier advocates for the unjustly accused.

WOW, if there was 10 stars , Mr.Peter Ganyard deserve that. I was charged un justice for a crime for the first time in my life. I was scared and did not know what to do. I started interviewing different attorneys . Boy i was getting disappointed and did not trust any thing they were telling me. I found Mr. Peter Ganyard and made an appointment . When i met him , he said i don`t need to proof to him that i am not guilty, he said i will represent you and i promise you that i will dismiss your case , I asked him are you sure? and he said yes i am very sure. I been a business owner and professional all my life , I heard some thing that other law firms and attorneys did not have the courage to say. I could see in his eyes that he meant it . I hired him and guess what, Promises made and promises kept. He dissed miss my case in a short time .During the process since this was my first time and i was scared, i kept calling him to get updates and this professional gentlemen never complained and i had access to his office phone and his cell phone and never was ignored and took my calls no matter what. If want to write more about him , it will be pages. Trust Mr. Peter Ganyard and i promise you ,he will protect you. Trust him , you will not be sorry.

Terrible in communication and replying back with emails. Talking big and no action not good with advising and following up with opposing party’s lawyer. Had to hire a different attorney

The idea of beginning a search for a criminal defense attorney is a daunting one, and sometimes you have to kiss a few frogs! I’m glad that in the end I was able to find this law firm and conclude two incredibly hard years. I am forever grateful.

Having been on the opposite side of a case with Howie, I was very happy he was representing the other party. Although another attorney in his office did most of the work. Howie seemed befuddled during the hearing and was repeatedly saying “This is the first I’m hearing of it judge” 😀 which was probably true but he tried to spin it as it was last minute issue being raised. I got the impression he looked at case file just before hearing for the first time. Oh and during recesses in zoom hearings he doesn’t turn mute on so he’ll blab out confidential info he thinks nobody can hear. I highly recommend him as an opposing counsel. 😀. Ok Howie you can post your rebuttal 😁

I wish I could leave more. Brian is a great guy to talk to on the phone, but really no action to back it up. I had (4) calls scheduled by Gwen that he never made. In a couple of cases the was not even a call from the firm to inform me of the projected phone call would not be made. Even my wife's attorney had to reach out to her to say he could not get a hold of him. I just plain lost $2500 on this deal. The 15th ST will be informed.

I cannot say enough about Peter Ganyard! He is one of the most talented, professional, and down to earth criminal defense lawyers in the state. Peter willingly went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during the long process. He makes his clients feel that they are never alone or on an island. He kept me updated with everything I needed to know or do during this process and honestly proved that he has a relationship with each and one of his clients. I will always trust and recommend Mr. Ganyard for any one of my friends and family if they run into any situation!

If I could give this young man 10 stars I would HANDS 🙌🏽 DOWN!! He came in, took over my case from a previous lawyer, did EXACTLY what he said he would do & got my case closed!!! Ms.Kristen is bomb a** too!! I’ll definitely refer Brian to anyone on this side of Heaven!
