11/27/2020 We were recently in financial distress and felt that as a last resort was to file bankruptcy. We interviewed with two attorneys and felt very comfortable speaking with Mr.Vincent LoBue of LoBue Law. Due to Covid 19 we were unable to have a face to face consultation, so we had a free consultation over the phone. Mr. LoBue spent a large amount time interviewing us for facts and explaining the legal process that we will go through along the way. Based on all the information we gave him, he informed us that chapter 7 would be the way to go in our situation. He explained in much detail how and why he came to this decision. He then detailed the legal fees involved if we were to use him as legal counsel. Towards the completion of this phone consultation we informed Mr. LoBue that we would like to hire him as our legal counsel. Mr. LoBue was extremely detailed, reassuring and knowledgeable about the entire process. He made the process so much easier than expected and gave us peace of mind in such a stressful situation. If we had any questions, all we had to do was to either email or phone him and he responded in a short amount of time.
