I ran into Joel and his family last night at a restaurant. It reminded how he turned a horrible experience into a positive one. Dealing with the insurance company after my accident was a nightmare. They treated me like dirt. The total opposite of how Joel treats people. He cares about his clients, is professional and knowledgeable as it relates to insurance companies and will make your problems go away. I recommend him to everyone I know. When dealing with insurance companies you need an advocate on your side and there is no better advocate than Joel.

From the initial consultation until my case was dismissed, Andrew Peveto and his staff (specifically Katie) were courteous and professional. They were in constant communication and went over every detail. Their price was reasonable and I was able to use a payment plan. Although I hope I never need them again, if I ever need legal assistance, I'm calling them first.

I don't know how to truly thank Joel for his help with my case. He saw me right away, answered all of my questions throughout the entire process, and showed compassion only a true professional can show. Andrew is the absolute best lawyer I have ever had.!! He got my DWI 2nd (BAC over .24) dropped to a DWI 1st.. I avoided jail time, interlock, driver licenses suspension, and surcharges. He shaved more time off of my probation time and really did the absolute best he could for me. Andrew went above and beyond. He did not see me as a dollar sign. His assistant was very sufficient and quick in replying to any emails or phone calls. No need to search around for the best criminal defense lawyer because Andrew Peveto is it.!!
