We were so fortunate to have Jacob Wooley referred to us for our estate planning needs. A few years ago, after carefully listening to our needs and concerns Jacob established a living trust for our family that custom fit our every need. The cost was extremely competitive and his extensive knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness has been absolutely priceless even to this day. I had the pleasure of working with Gene Leposki. Gene handled my case with composure and respect. He was calm, consistent, and efficient when addressing my many, many concerns while working on my behalf to negotiate custody of my young son. My divorce proceedings extended over a duration of a year, and Gene was very patient with me during my moments of panic and anger(as many people have during divorce). Gene and his staff were instrumental in encouraging me to have a positive attitude and focus on solutions rather than the problems between myself and my spouse. I heavily appreciate that Gene always sought for both parties to move forward peacefully and respectfully in regards to conservatorship of our young son. I would highly recommend Gene Leposki to anyone with young children. My former spouse is active duty Navy, and due to Gene’s own service and education in military law, we were able to come to final agreements that were fair for both parties. In retrospect, I am extremely grateful that I chose to hire Gene Leposki to represent me.

To prepare a will and trust can be a confusing task. We have found Justin to be very professional, knowledgeable and people oriented.

I signed up for one year of estate planning legal services, and I am really glad I did. I knew very little about this kind of stuff and did visit another firm prior to my choosing Crain & Wooley. The other firm seemed like a one and done approach. That left me uncomfortable. Crain & Wooley has been more than helpful. Providing understandable answers to questions and they made themselves available. Choosing Crain & Wooley has been a very good decision with no regrets. Justin and team are excellent.

After a while of procrastination my wife and I finally decided to set up a trust. We did research and interviewed several law firms and decided to go to Crain and Wooley law firm. We are glad we did.
