When I received the “invite” to Justin’s presentation on trusts I was more interested in the free Tex-Mex than the content. Much to my surprise my wife and I decided that we really did need to pursue the option of creating a trust Justine was able to explain our options, based on our needs, and implement the trust in a timely and cost effective manner. On a rating schedule of 1 to 5; I would give Crain & Woolley a 6. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for this kind of service.

We meet Justin at one of the introduction dinners he put on. My wife and I had been thinking about setting up a trust and after meeting with Justin, we decided to use him for that. My wife and I attended an evening seminar hosted by Justin Crain, of Crain & Wooley, where he discussed, among many things, Living Trusts. We were impressed with his simplistic explanation and explored his services in more detail. We weren't disappointed. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable; took the mystic out of the Living Trust concept; and quickly prepared a legal instrument that reflected our desires and met our needs. He and his entire office staff were always cordial and friendly. Their customer-service was excellent. We had a very tight year-end timing need and Justin was able to expedite the process for us. This firm is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful: they toy with you as a customer and have complete disregard for your time. I was never able to get anyone to follow up with me by phone or email. Yes there was the one person who seemed she cared enough and had someone call me ONCE but after that any effort I made to contact them, any time I spent to go in person to their office was answered with a blatant radio silence. I even asked repeatedly for them to at least tell me if they couldn't help me so I could start looking somewhere else but received neither a confirmation or rejection of my case. Ever.
