Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law offices is the worst experience I had. Case Handling and Delays: Despite engaging Bailey & Galyen to enforce my visitation rights, I experienced minimal progress throughout the year my case remained open. This delay caused significant emotional distress and financial strain. Billing Practices: I initially agreed to a retainer fee of $4,200, anticipating coverage for a reasonable amount of work on my case. However, I was billed additional charges exceeding to a total of $10,000, including fees for emails and phone calls, which felt excessive and departed from our initial agreement. Strategic Disagreements: Despite my repeated requests to file a motion to enforce existing visitation rights, Bailey & Galyen proposed alternative strategies, such as mediation, without addressing my concerns or the court's requirements. Final Order Timing: The timing of drafting the final order, just before a potential trial, seemed rushed and left me unprepared to proceed legally without representation. Outcome: While I eventually secured my desired visitation rights without an attorney, I am troubled by the manner in which it was achieved and the lack of support provided by Bailey & Galyen throughout the process. In conclusion: As a consumer, I expected transparency, professionalism, and a commitment to my best interests, none of which were adequately provided by Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law. It's all about the money and not the person or situation.

Please do not use this company. All they care about is money, they are essentially profiting off of real time problems with no real concern about your situation. My case has been closed for a month yet they are still charging me fees that should not be charged. I am so disappointed in this firm as I sincerely needed help. While I completely understand they are a business and need to make money, they are just taking some things over board. I was charged for info that wasn't provided, emails that I couldn't even confirm that were sent. Other firms cc their clients on all communication that goes out, this one does not and they can easily say they sent an email when in reality they did not and still charge you for it. Despite my hesitation I still paid all my balances in advance, the one time I was a week late they threatened to take me to court, mind you I emptied out my entire savings for a case involving my daughter and explained to them in detail why I would be late in advance. Regardless of any of that, they blame corporate and say that there is nothing they can do as its corporates decision. Before going with them, I interviewed several other firms and decided to go with them based on the info that was provided to me by the original attorney. Several months in the case they switched out my attorney and assigned me to someone else, no details or info was provided as to why and they didn't even let me know I had a new attorney, I had to reach out several times to even find this information. I was very unhappy as they just tossed me to someone else and continued to charge me for unnecessary things. Long story short, consider another group. I would not recommend them at all. **Edit Below** Based on the "Response from owner" reply- I called just to see if they could rectify the situation as mentioned below and no one there knew what I was talking about, no one knew who told me to call, nothing was rectified. The owner response is simply one to make you all think something is being done to assess what I reviewed but as expected, nothing was done. Just ensuring everyone is aware of their tactics. 3/25 Update.

Horrible and coward Anthony,she doesn’t like going to court,she also like concluding case before hand.She is still owning me some money of which she refused t refund me.

I made an appointment for a free consultation they offer online. First appointment got rescheduled for 3 weeks later because something came up for the attorney. Ok this can happen. Then today when I was supposed to have the consultation they called me and told me like and hour before that we have to reschedule again because the attorney is “sick”. Well all I can say is that I wouldn’t recommend this lawyers office to anyone. They seem to not put new customers as priority.

Called for a simple contract for the sale of a piece of equipment and they wanted a consultation for $150. That's ridiculous. They should have templates that they fill in based on the information you provide. There is no need for a consultation.

Retained Jennifer with this firm & gets notified she leaves in the beginning stages of an adoption case... paid $3k as initial retainer. Still had a $300 balance at time of being notified and now I'm being told she is no longer with the firm oh and btw you owe us $1300!? To send me an email letting me know she no longer works for the firm, they're charging me to send a 2 sentence email? Really? Super shady billing, churn galore. I would look for another attorney & save the hassle.

Great experience. The people here are professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
