Joseph will fight for you even when you don't want to.

Finding a Attorney is easy but finding a great one is rare. Mr. Barbknecht was responsive to my legal needs and helped me navigate the legal processes quickly and with greater understanding. His knowledge of the law is a great comfort to all he represents. I have and will continue to send my friends and family to Mr. Barbknecht office for any of their legal needs.

I called in for help of LLC formation, all I can tell is he does not want to give out information and COLD. When I asked if certain agreements will be included in the cost, he said "I believe so". He is either doesn't have enough knowledge about this subject, or he doesn't want to take me seriously, that builds no trust between his firm and me. When I say thank you bye-bye, he just hang up loudly. SOOOO RUDE!

The man is dishonest, money hungry that have no consideration for others ,I hired him to file a response for a case in the federal court , he took they money (10k )and did nothing I ended up suing him in small claims court to return the money and filed a grievance with the state bar disciplinary counsel , stay away from this crook

Mr. Barbknecht assisted me with a slander suit and prepared end of life documents with excellent input. Estate trustee was very complimentary of Mr. Barbknecht and said it would make her job much easier to work with him. Mr. Barbknecht covered many areas not commonly thought of. Execution was timely and prices were reasonable.

Fantastic lawyer . We hired Mr. Barbknecht on several projects. Our initial consultation though lengthy was without charge.Once you go from consultation to real work the meter goes on as is fair and right. He calmed our worries and anxieties. If you are looking for a dollar general lawyer for free or cheap work or wish to have him do inappropriate things , you will soon be out on your own look elsewhere. He does things the Right way. This fellow is is on the high side of proper and right and wrong, always He loves and honors good people and will tirelessly work nights and weekends to get you the best result possible given what you have. He thinks outside the box and is very innovative .He has a very positive and we can do it approach and attitude If you are a serious person or sophisticated business this should be your lawyer. You get what you pay for and you great results with Mr Barbknecht. The next time my business or family needs a lawyer we will ask if he will take us on again as clients. We like respect attention and knowing we are important. We got that every single time. One of matters took a long time and cost some wry real money . Friends who are lawyers were amazed that it did not cost a lot more and take longer . You need to be truthful forthright and polite to get the best, he brings that out of you with ease. There is no aspect of the relationship which was less than five stars. He is the top of the measure ,simply the best. I have known and worked with Mr. Barbknecht for many years. He is consistently hard working and dedicated to a my issues. His charges are very fair indeed he at times discounts things a good deal. I am able to reach him and be in contact with him very easily. He returns my calls right away. If I have a new matter he consults with me without charge in order to find out what my issues are and if he might help. Only once you become a client do charges begin.
