“I called in for help of LLC formation, all I can tell is he does not want to give out information and COLD. When I asked if certain agreements will be included in the cost, he said "I believe so". He is either doesn't have enough knowledge about this subject, or he doesn't want to take me seriously, that builds no trust between his firm and me.”
