You wont find anyone better !! Fantastic 3. From the receptionist up to the attorneys, they are all 5 star rating in my book and at a surprising low fee. My sweetie had been turned down different times. Within a year, he had his answers and soon the mone6was there. It was a great experience!!!

Ms. Catherine is an absolute SUPERSTAR! When she says she doesn’t give up on a case, she absolutely means it! I tried on my own to file a disability case and was so frustrated with social security I let that case terminate and tried again using this firm. Complete and total satisfaction doesn’t begin to explain my feelings for the service I received. I know I am a difficult person to satisfy but this law firm DID the job.

Refused to take case because "there wasn't a high likelihood of success" and claimed that I would most likely be ineligible because I'm able to attend school (nevermind that I can only attend one incredibly specific program because it's completely remote AND part-time). I've been fired from TWO jobs due to having to take extensive time off for medical reasons AND been denied for government-funded unemployment benefits because I am not "able" to attend work on a full time basis. Just as a note- there is NO law or statute that states that attending school makes you ineligible for benefits. In fact, most independent sites encourage pursuing higher education even WHILE receiving benefits. I was also unable to speak with an attorney directly as to what their actual legal basis was for not taking the case, and I suspect it's because they didn't want to waste time or resources on something that wasn't a guaranteed success. I SPECIFICALLY contacted this firm after being denied by two others BECAUSE they have "don't give up even if you've been told no- WE can still help you" ALL over their website. So what do you do when the "last resort" form tells you that it's hopeless? I think that's what makes this specific denial sting more than anything else- the false hope.

Brandon provided sound advice, top notch service and was all around kind and courteous. He answered all of my questions promptly and with the utmost professional knowledge. 10/10 would hire again to represent me.

Coats and Todd did a great job. I have MS and can't work anymore. They were honest with me and told me SSI is way behind so it took a little longer. They stayed in touch and let me know what the status was with my application. Once everything was cleared my payments started right away. A huge thank you to them for all of their help getting me approved and in the system.

My wife was disabled she had memory loss from a head injury and was not physically able to even walk most of the time for two years we went through this social security system they sent us to a couple of doctors one spent about 30 minutes with her and told her that this is what this building Social Security Disability is for people like you and and then of course you have to go to another doctor we went in there he spent less than a minute with her and sent in and told them she didn't need disability I don't know how he could figure that out in a minute but I think they come up with I think Social Security comes up with these doctors that don't that are not supposed to put people up for disability I don't understand for all her medical records showed her disability we did this for 2 years and then we went to coats and Todd and they said they will get help us out so we had to do the forms all over again and send them in there they said they were going to pull all her medical records and we waited and waited and we'd call so what's going on they said well we're waiting for him to sign her her case too somebody I don't know if it's with the Social Security that was their answer every time I we called same answer we're waiting we're waiting we're waiting well you know they waited four years and she finally died you finally died so so guys there's our social security system that's supposed to take care of our people that need to be taken care of coats and Todd they just kept getting on the back burners they didn't care they didn't have they they wouldn't put in the work that it took to get it done and then they then she finally died if we could have got her on disability we could have got her on Medicare and got her good medical attention to help her out but they didn't do it 4 years 4 years you can't get something done in 4 years I get angry just thinking about it do not use coats and Todd they're very they don't care about you they don't care about you Social Security don't care about you

Coats & Todd law firm was amazing in winning my case! They are organized and helpful during each step of the claim process.
