I was having issues with getting my disability started and was referred to Coats and Todd and ever since I have been with them my disability has got started along with my SSI . Mary was the one that helped me get it started and now Tony is the one that is helping continue the process. THANK YOU Coats and. Todd staff.

From day one I was relieved Coats and Todd accepted my case. They assured me they only took cases with good cause, etc, and that they would fight the fight FOR me! THEY DID! All of my concerns and worries were handled by Mary, a true advocate for my case...and when my case was denied and I wanted to quit, Ms Coats called me and encouraged me with her wisdom, knowledge, and wonderful sense of humor..a call I will never forget. Yes, it took time, but it was certainly worth waiting for!

I cannot say enough good things about Coats & Todd. Without them I would have given up a couple of years ago. But they were always there. Always on top of what was going on with my appeals. I was referred to Coats and Todd by a family friend who had won their disability case with the help of Coats and Todd as I had done my initial disability application and was denied. The process of new client info. by Coats and Todd is very professional and I was assigned a specialist to help me through the appeal stage and then assigned a paralegel once I had a hearing scheduled. I was able to communicate with Ms. Coats and the paralegel easily with e questions throughout the process. All were very helpful, caring and wonderful to work with. Specifically Ms. Coats is such a wonderful person and a very determined, organized and always honest with my case’s flaws. After I won which was pretty much within a week after telephone hearing Ms. Coats’s provided a specialist to hep with with the issues of collecting benefits from SS. Everytime I see a Coats and Todd TV commercial I smile and think to myself I am so glad I made that call. The turnaround during a pandemic was in my opinion very fast as it took me about 24 months after stopping working to finally win my case. It is worth it!
