Excellent service with a caring involved staff

They took away all my anxiety. There was so much paper work to be filled out and filed multiple times. Coats and Todd's team took care of everything. I didn't have to call about how my case was going because they CALLED ME FIRST. You don't get excellent service like that anywhere else. Ms. Coats took my case to court. She's very, very smart, and explains things before and after court. Coats and Todd's team still checks in on me, even afterwards. They truly have your back and sincerely care about their clients! I've worked for two attorneys in my lifetime and they were nowhere near as GREAT as Coats and Todd. From the scale of 1-10, they are an 11.

I am posting this to recant state and apologize about the previous post I made about the law offices of Coats and Todd. I was just relating the facts of an interaction that I had with the person who answered the phone. It was not an attempt to impugn, degrade or to imply that they were not a reputable law firm. I spoke with a gentleman named Chris he was very professional. We discussed the situation and it was determined that a third party service was involved. He assured me that the issue will be dealt with. I am currently seeking representation and their expertise and will consider it an honor to be represented by their firm. Again my apologies if anyone interpreted these as negative comments involving their reputation.

Coats and Todd worked very hard for me and my family. I am not one to sit around and complain about my health. I got lucky and called Coats and Todd to file for disability. I have consistently been employed since age 18 and did not know if I would qualify for disability. Coats and Todd accepted my case, kept open lines of communication and informed me every step of the way. Catherine I. Coats called me on May 28, 2019 to prepare me for my hearing. In the beginning of the call Catherine Coats did not seem like a person who was on my side. Later in the call she said she was acting as devil's advocate, and explained what was in my favor. Catherine prepared me extremely well for the hearing. May 29, 2019, I met Catherine Coats for my hearing. Fortunately, the Judge was compassionate towards me and I avoided all of those worse case scenario questions. The judge gave the Vocational Expert a hypothetical situation of a person who could not preform previous jobs nor any job in the national market. Reasons: 1. Coats and Todd accumulated every medical record that existed for the last few years. 2. Coats and Todd presented all medical records rather the records favored my position or contradicted my position. 3. Catherine Coats was extremely honest to me and the Judge. June 17, 2019, the offices of Coats and Todd informed me that I received Full Approval. Coats and Todd expressed respect to myself as well as Social Security. Catherine Coats told me she wanted to win the case out of her ambition and to benefit me. Coats and Todd are very selective about the cases they accept; therefore, can be honest to the Judge and Social Security. I felt like giving up many times; however, Coats and Todd continued to ensure me that they accept credible cases and continue to the end with their clients. My outcome is spectacular!!
