Sminu assisted in some collection efforts regarding a deliquent client. He was very knowledgable about the local court procedures, which legal venue to select (small claims vs a higher court), and the process expected by the judges in each court. Additionally, he explained the legal basis for my rights to collect from the deliquent person. The resolution of this matter was rather quick and resulted in almost 100% collection of funds.
