I highly recommend this firm to help you in these very stressful times. Mine occurred in 2014. Very professional and responsive. 6 years later I needed a copy of my papers and reached out to Michael Berryman. Not only did he get me what I needed but he got it to me within a few minutes. I hope I never need to use their services again but if I do I will be sure to go to David Kohm & Associates. I will especially ask for Michael to work in my paperwork!!! Thanks

Tommy was great. He was brought in last minute and quickly got up to speed with what I needed. He calm my nerves and walked into the court room and won my case. I would have not won if he wasn't there and took my case!

I had a very interesting divorce with my ex-wife and had a 7 year old daughter with her. Tommy went way out of his way continually and did an amazing job. Tommy Carter is the best lawyer. I was referred to him by a friend and I can say it was the best decision of my life. He fought so hard for me and my son in the court room. I had recently went through a custody battle and won my case. I’m so grateful for him and he’s answered all my questions willingly. They fail to return phone calls in a reasonable time frame. The negotiator didn't know what she was doing. They seem to have a large turnover of paralegals.
