Had an urgent matter that I needed a lawyer for. Called multiple days in a row with complete lack of communication or any information on a cost. Then once I received one and got to speak with an attorney they seemed as if they didn't want to help me and made attempts to steer me into seeking other options. Complete waste of time. Now I have to seek another attorney and go through another process in order to meet my deadline.

I called twice to set up an appointment...
Was told there was a conflict of interest (no explanation!) and the receptionists HUNG up on me! Asked for a referral???
