Great lawyer to work with, respectful, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Always had my back whenever I needed any legal help.

So, it was probably my fault for hiring a criminal defense lawyer to help me with my child custody case, but I decided to hire him anyway because his wife said that he would take on a custody case that he felt was worth taking, so I hired him. In the beginning, it seemed like I had finally found someone that might actually care instead of just taking more money from me. However, that was not the case. He was very quick to respond to me at first, and even called me 24 hours early for our first consult. After the initial conversation and paying the fee that he quoted me, it was literally crickets. When I did finally hear back from him, he told me that he had written a "demand" letter, but I never saw it and then proceeded to tell me more than once, that he had other clients that paid much more, and I was taking time away from them. I paid him in full what he quoted me, and during the last conversation we had he told me that he would be more than happy to refund me my full amount so I could find a different lawyer that better suits my needs. I sent an official email to him and his entire firm regarding my refund, and I even called the office and spoke with the receptionist trying to get an itemized list, and still nothing. I received my "refund", and it was over $2,100 short. I followed up with a couple more emails and still got nothing. I work very hard for my money, and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I am taking necessary steps to have this fixed, but it's not something I should even have to be dealing with. Please do extensive research before you spend your hard-earned money, and don't always go with what Google reviews say because they are not always accurate. Plus, who even knows if those are real clients that are posting these reviews. This post is 100% true and maybe it will help someone else not get taken advantage of in the future.

I was involved in a civil suit and given an unrealistic timeline for response over the holiday. Philip Moore at Pfister Family Law took the case and settled it out of court fighting unreasonable and impossible requests from opposing councel. There was a neighbor conflict where one neighbor called a false CPS report on the other! This firm was able to resolve the problem quickly. Definitely recommend for family law issues!

Amazing lawyer !! They are so helpful Scott and his team helped so much and were really good about answering any questions and explaining everything to me and in a way I could understand. Him and his team worked on my case really hard and got it done quicker then I expected. When my probation was over they still worked hard and getting everything completed with paperwork. There has never been a time I couldn’t reach them or they didn’t get back to me. I would 1000% recommend Scott!
