Philip Moore has been my attorney over two court cases (same custody issues). The cases were long and stressful because of opposing party, and Mr. Moore was able to handle the opposing side to make sure best possible outcome could happen. When I say he is a pitbull in the court room, I mean that he works within his full extent to make sure that the outcome is in his clients best interest. Without going into a lot of personal detail, he was able to make sure that my kids were protected, that the outcome was good for us, and that opposing counsel was not taking liberties with their requests. I used to be a legal assistant and worked with attorneys I do not trust unlike Mr. Moore, whom I trust completely. I had a few days where during the beginning of our second time that I interview a few other attorneys due to not knowing he had changed emails, and no one measured up to Mr. Moore at all and I knew if I had any other attorney they would not fight for me like Mr. Moore does. I recommend him to anyone I have met looking for an attorney. Another important aspect when looking for an attorney, aside from trust and knowing they will actually fight for you, is the team. Mr. Moore's paralegal, Jolie, is literally the best person. She knows what she is doing, she on numerous occasions was just the person I needed to speak with to make the anxiety from the case go away, and handled everything with extreme honesty. I have had attorneys in the past who would go days without response, or leaving me to wonder what was going on with the case. She made sure I was up to date and knew latest information as soon as it came in. Court cases are long, costly, and emotionally draining. In knowing this, having Mr. Moore and Jolie helped in keeping down that stress and anxiety because I knew my Family was in the best hands.

Philip Moore and his paralegal Jolie Starrett are my heroes. My (then) husband locked me out of the house when I was getting out of the hospital from 2 strokes and a heart attack, when I could not speak, read or write. Mr. Moore and Ms. Starrett helped me get extracted from a marriage to a particularly cruel and difficult man, and were able to also get me back into the house to retrieve some things of sentimental value.
