Jeff Yates is not a good Estate Administrator and if the court offers his services to you for being a 3rd party administrator on an Estate - respectful decline. The problems that developed while he was NOT WORKING on these Estates lead to more grief, pain and suffering. He would overpromise to make up for his lack of involvement and then under deliver. He expressed how sorry he was for things falling apart when he could have prevent the problems by doing his job when he was assigned. I felt unheard, ignored and disregarded during this entire process. What Jeff Yates was able to do, is create an environment where one person was not checked and the end result was cheating, stealing and lying without consequences. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone for any service based on my interactions with Mr. Yates and his staff. We still have not received any information on another property of one of the estates and we don't think we will get this resolved. **We would have changed administrators if our lawyer hadn't express how much the Judge dislikes "drama".**
