I worked with attorney Stephanie Russ from the Mullin firm and Stephanie provided excellent service. She is extremely knowledgeable on Franchise law and agreements as well as she was able to provide insight to what items I could expect to negotiate and gain agreement versus ones where I should ask but not be surprised if the franchisor would not negotiate. It was all very valuable information and as a result I was able to meet with the franchisor and run through every item with confidence and ease.
