The firm itself has already collected almost every placement that we have made, and there has been no negative feedback from the customers who have been placed. Very impressed!

Tucker Albin delivered on their promises to me. Although they were unable to collect due to statute of limitations I think they made every effort. And it cost me nothing to at least give it a try. I will use them again.

I am a small retail store and like many during this economy, I am struggling to keep my business open. Occasionally there are more bills left to pay at the end of the month than there is money to pay them. In my 24 years of helping people and servicing my community I have always tried to do it with an open mind and heart to the person or persons I am helping and always dealt with all situations with compassion and the golden the rule. It is what always made my hard work and lack of a pay check seem worth it.....Until today. I have just been treated by the representatives of Tucker Elvin and Assoc., Steve McCortes and Emily Hill as though I was a criminal on trial. I owe a vendor a sum of money and presented a payment plan to both of them as to how I could pay it off. I was then scrutinized about how rent, taxes, and payroll all just 'miraculously slip up" on me and "I don't pay my bills" and when I explained how I understood their sarcasm but even though these items are due the same time each month, if people don't come in and spend money....you can't put money in the bank. The response from Ms. Hill was "then you should just close." I admit all I've endured in by business I could always ask God to show favor on it and I could get up the next day and unlock the door and smile at it the same way I did the very first day I cut the ribbon out front. Tomorrow? I don't think so much.

Totally amazed! Got a call from Kade a couple of weeks ago...not a recording, so I let him tell me the story...and so glad I did. He asked me to give him one of my older aged accounts to test out his service. I had one account that was almost 2 years delinquent, and had already mentally written them off. I gave this one to Kade, and I have no idea what they did, but the client called 48 hours later begging to pay me! True story. Tucker, Albin and Associates has a new and very loyal customer.
