Absolutely do not believe the positive reviews that were probably written by their company. Just go to the ripoff report webpages, the bbb, or even call the Texas attorney general's office to find out what these guys really do. Do not give them ANY information on your business or on accounts that you want collected on. You will be quite sorry down the road if you do.

Zach at TAA has been able to collect some accounts that we already recorded as bad debt because all previous methods of collection had failed. I have never felt pressured or hounded to send business to him. as I have with previous companies.Payments have been prompt and documentation has been complete . I will continue to use them for future needs

We have been doing business with Tucker Albin for well over a year now. I always work with Zach Van Meter. He is great about following up with us to let me know what is going on and checking in with me to see if we have anyone not paying. I have turned over bad debts to him that were 5+ years old and that what we thought were uncollectable and the invoices have gotten paid. They do a great work and have just about always collected for us. I highly recommend this collection agency and Zach to do work for anyone. Thanks Zach for all your hard work!

Just spent 40 min on the phone with a guy there that called me all kind of names said I was an idiot and demaned I tell him how much my customer was behind and for how long. He said I should hang up on him I didnt and kept him on the line for 40 min everybody is welcome for he could not talk to anyone else while I had him in the phone. This company should be reported to the FCC!

This company decided to contact me about a company that I had done business with attempting to collect a debt from that business. Very unprofessional if you ask me. The only way they knew how to get a hold of me, is because that company had posted a photo of some work they did for me on their Facebook page. So this unprofessional business decided to email me on my work email, and include my HR department. On a matter that had nothing to do with me. Turns out the business they were after owed them no money, and had no connections with them. When I called the lady who had emailed me at my work email Stephanie Baxter, she yelled at me through the phone calling me names and refused to answer any of my phone calls. This company is ridiculous and deserves all of these negative reviews. I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars.

My experience with Tucker Albin and Associates, Inc. has been very positive and painless. We are in the beginning stages with this company, but have seen some progress and time will tell. I have dealt with Zach Van Meter who has been very pleasant and accommodating. We hope to have a long future with them.

Awful company. Most disrespectful sales rep on the phone that i had ever spoken too. Had a "Brandon" call me at MY BUSINESS and he told me to "Shut my Mouth" repeatedly while i tried to ask him what the phone call was in reference too. I tried to call the company back to express my anger with the rep I just spoke too and they refused to let me speak to a supervisor and said there is nothing they could do.
