I’ve been trying to get them on the phone for a month, no one calls back. I’ve been trying to make payments for 2 months and can’t because for some reason my account number isn’t working. So now my plan is not current and I’m trying to fix it!

Absolute criminals. They make it impossible to get ahold them and they will still take you to court if you make your payments. Do not pay them a penny. If you make a settlement agreement and pay it in full then will say you have not and still take you to court. I repeat do not pay them a penny. They have illegally double charged me, I fought it with my bank and they won. They are thieves.

This company is absolutely horrible. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I have been reaching out daily because I am not able to log in to make payments. I’ve left over 3 voicemails and at this point I will report them to the BBB & Attorney General. I’m unsure what else I can do at this point.

I don't know how this place is in business and legal! They're horrible in every possible aspect. They never answer calls, when you get thru after more than half an hour, the reps are unpolite and careless. If you get transferred to a supervisor, it goes straight to voicemail. You leave a detailed voicemail and never hear back. You send a courteous email and never heard from hem back. They don't honor agreements. In my case, their Counsel during court stated on court record that interests and lawyer fees would only apply if I defaulted on our agreement to pay a monthly sum. However, that's not the case. They added interests rates and court fees to my already bloated debt that wasn't the original to begin with. I contacted the BBB and they told the BBB that interest and court fees would only be added if I defaulted. However, those fees are still on my portal. I've contacted them many times and nothing happens. For the love of God, why on earth do we allow such companies to exist in this country!

This place is horrible, they want your money but can’t answer the phone!

I was sued by this company. They flat out refused to provide proof of payment received. Held my checks sent or refused to cash them at times, causing undue additional stresses. Don't answer their phone and their online portal does not let you set up an account. Send them an email, but no responses received. They use these type of tactics to cause further harm to the individual. Shame on Javitch Block and your shady practices!! Piece of helpful info to anyone sued by this place...SAVE ALL YOUR PROOF OF COMMUNICATION AND PAYMENTS SENT! AND RECORD ALL OF IT. THIS DOCUMENTATION WILL HELP YOU WIN THE CASE AGAINST THEM! Then you will take your power back!!

Biggest bunch of thieves and scammers on the planet. Got a judgement against me then disappeared. Filed a lien on my house without my knowledge even though we had a payment agreement. Never answer their phone or reply to contact.
