“Absolute criminals. They make it impossible to get ahold them and they will still take you to court if you make your payments. Do not pay them a penny. If you make a settlement agreement and pay it in full then will say you have not and still take you to court. I repeat do not pay them a penny. They have illegally double charged me, I fought it with my bank and they won. They are thieves.”
